Village of Questa Fire Department Remodel

The remodel of the Questa Fire Station included several key updates. We restuccoed the building and installed new drywall over the existing wood paneling. Any areas of existing drywall that needed patching were addressed in preparation for fresh paint. We also laid down new LVT flooring along with new carpeting. All patched walls, ceilings, and soffits throughout the building were primed and painted.

For the roof, we provided labor and materials to remove the existing roofing system, thoroughly inspected the decking, and made necessary repairs. We also leveled the dipped area of the roof and installed a new 26 gauge Pro-panel II roofing system.

In the restrooms, we replaced three exhaust fans and removed two existing showers. We then installed two new fiberglass, one-piece 36″ x 36″ shower units, complete with new shower valves and chrome trim. Additionally, we removed and reset the toilets to accommodate the new flooring. A new two-compartment stainless steel kitchen sink was installed in a new cabinet countertop, featuring a chrome goose neck single handle faucet with a pullout sprayer. Finally, we repaired the hot water lines serving the older restroom area.
