City of Santa Fe needed to expand their Mary Ester Gonzales senior center to accommodate its popularity. They approached FacilityBUILD to fast-track a Design-Build program to expand the billiards room, arts & crafts area and exercise room.  

They were familiar with us as we have designed and built three (3) different projects at this facility over the last ten years (10) years.

Our Design-Build team went right to work and within a short timeframe had the place ready to go with both a renovation of existing space and addition of about 2,000 SF.  

Thanks to FacilityBUILD’s design-build team and the cooperation and oversight of the city of Santa Fe, the project is a complete success.
