Site Visit

Our Design-Build team will visit your facility and meet with you and your staff to help assess and develop your facility improvement idea(s).

Project Design

Our Design-Build team will take the site visit notes/sketches and develop the preliminary project schematics.


Our Design-Build team will develop a pricing package for distribution to suppliers/subcontractors for constructability input and competitive trade pricing.


Once the project is a go, our Design-Build team finalizes a set of working construction drawings including all mechanical / electrical / plumbing plans.


Your project will be delivered on-schedule, on-budget and in compliance with all applicable buildings codes and our own QualPRO® high-quality and professional construction standards.


Upon completion of your project, You will receive your ProDOC™ project closeout report that includes all important project documentation

Brian Kilcup - CEO

Founder of FacilityBUILD in 1995. Responsible for oversight of over $300M of successful project completions to date. Graduate of UNM Anderson School Management. Design-Build Institute of America active member.

Cameron Kilcup - President

Mr. Kilcup has been with FacilityBUILD, Inc since 2002 and has 14 years experience in the commercial construction industry. A graduate of Colorado State University Construction management. His primary responsibility as a President is to oversee all construction projects through design, estimating, scheduling, permitting, project management and final inspection

Robert Pino- Construction Operations Manager

Mr. Pino has been with FacilityBUILD, Inc. Since 1998. His primary responsibility is oversee FacilityBUILD day-to-day operations. In this capacity, he oversees all construction projects through design, estimating, permitting, project management and final inspection.

Renier Long - Senior Project Manager

Mr. Long has been with FacilityBUILD, Inc., since 2001 and has over 30 years in the commercial construction industry. His primary responsibility is as a Senior Project Manager/Estimator for our Construction Management group. He oversees all new and/or major renovation construction projects through design, estimating, scheduling, permitting, project management and final.

Louie Campos- Project Manager

Mr. Campos is Project Manager with 16 years’ experience in Commercial and Residential construction. As a Project Manager, he is involved during pre-construction by inspecting job sites, reviewing plans and specifications and performing constructability reviews with his Superintendent.

Mark Steinkamp - Senior Architectural Designer

Mr. Steinkamp has over 20 years in the commercial construction design and architecture industry. His primary responsibility is to work with clients to develop the scope-of-work required and provide AutoCAD drafting services.

Naomi Ackers- Project Expeditor

Ms. Akers was hired in the summer of 2021 as a Project Expeditor, and has 10 years of experience on the administrative side of the construction industry. Naomi’s background in construction began as an administrative assistant and then a project coordinator for a residential GC. Her current role with FB is document control and communication with subcontractors, architects and owners.

Nickie Dugger- Project Administrative

Ms. Dugger has been employed with FacilityBUILD, Inc. since 1998. She has over 20 years experience in the commercial construction administrative field in both the private and government sectors. Ms. Dugger has received training at the PSFA Albuquerque Office on CIMS and acts as Coordinator for all PSFA projects.
